The Bible
We believe that the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, are the Holy Spirit inspired Word of God, the infallible truth without any error, the complete revelation of God’s will of salvation for humanity through faith in Jesus Christ, and the authoritative teachings of Jesus Christ on how to live life daily and victoriously as children of God’s spiritual family and citizens of the Kingdom of God.
Trinity
There is one Triune God who exists in Three Persons. Each Person of the Trinity serves different functions and are equal in power and authority. God exists in three manifestations: The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.
God
God is the First Person of the Trinity. There is one God, who is our eternal Father and Creator. He is ever present, all powerful and all knowing. In His divine nature, God is holy, good, loving, nurturing, faithful and completely trustworthy to His promises made to His people. He first loved us and invites us to an agape love relationship with Him.
Jesus Christ
Jesus is the Second Person of the Trinity. Jesus Christ is the only way to salvation when people receive Him in their hearts and place their faith in Him. He shed His blood and resurrected from death to provide the only means of justification and salvation for all who believe in Him as the Son of God, Lord and Savior. Jesus is God’s divine plan to reconcile His people into a righteous relationship with Him. He was conceived of the Holy Spirit, given birth by the Virgin Mary, is both deity (true God) and human, and is both perfect and lived a perfect life. He died on the cross to completely free from sin, death, and Satan all who receive and believe in Him as Lord and Savior. He ascended into heaven, is seated at the right-hand of God, and will return when all the people God promised Him are saved. Jesus Christ is eternally our High Priest, Advocate and Intercessor.
Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is the Third Person of the Trinity. The Holy Spirit’s ministry is to glorify God, to magnify the Name of Jesus and His ministry in the hearts and lives of believers, to convict humanity of sin, to make born again the believing sinner, and to indwell within the regenerate believer to guide, instruct, and enrich his or her agape love relationship with God. He is our Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor, Instructor, and Helper. He teaches and sanctifies us into how to be more like the image of Christ Jesus, provides us ministry offices to serve God, and equips us with spiritual gifts to carry out Christ’s Great Commission mandate. The Holy Spirit instructs us on how to be Jesus’s disciples and to demonstrate His love to the world. The Holy Spirit is to be loved and a relationship with Him cultivated daily.
The Church
The Church is not a building. The Church is the body of Christ and His bride; a community of baptized believers unified through their common faith in Christ Jesus as Lord and Savior. The body of believers’ priority is to glorify the teachings of Jesus Christ and His Name to the world. They fellowship in the image of Christ’s love and are made into His disciples through the sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit.
